  • How do I apply for homecare

    The process for applying and getting approved for homecare are handled by the Pennsylvania Enrollment Broker they can be reached at 1-877-550-4227

  • I would like to change my agency, how would I do so?

    Consumers services are handled by the respective insurance agencies and service coordinator. To switch services you will have to contact your service coordinator and notify them of your intent to switch services. If you are unsure of your service coordinator call your insurance agency.

  • My hours are different than what they were before, who do I call?

    You can call your service coordinator to confirm your hours if there is a discretion

  • Do you provide pediatric services?

    Family Alliance is only authorized to provide care for unskilled adult services at this time, they may be available in the future.

  • I want to switch caregivers

    To switch caregivers you would have to notify the main office of your intent to switch and whether or not you would like a FAHC hired caregiver or are bringing on another caregiver of your own

  • How do I get in touch with Family Alliance after office hours?

    We are available via email if you have a question or concern after 4pm. However do not use the email in case of emergency, if it is a medical emergency please call 911 first, our emergency number is (267) 679-0558.
